Each region holds a Regional Conference or a series of area-wide activities where the delegates come together for a statewide convention each spring. The conventions are held at hotels in the sponsoring region. They begin with a cultural activity on Friday night, continue with college campus visits, workshops a delegate assembly and scholarship banquet on Saturday and conclude with installation of officers and a Rites of Passage Celebration for graduating seniors on Sunday.
